From 2008 to date:

- March 2008 : Creation of Afriland First Group in Geneva

- February 2010 : Purchase of 80% of Intermarket Bank Zambia

- March 2011: Licence for Afriland First Bank Liberia is obtained

- May 2012 : Licence for Afriland First Bank South Sudan obtained

- November 2012 : Creation of Afriland First Bank Guinea

- November 2013 : Creation of Afriland First Bank Ivory Coast through a 97% take over of Access Bank Ivory Coast

Before 2008 :

- July 1987 : Licence for Caisse Commune d’Epargne et d’Investissement is obtained

- March 1994 : Change of business name from Caisse Commune d’Epargne et d’Investissement to « CCEI-BANK »

- May 1994 : Creation of CCEI-Bank Equatorial Guinea

- November 1995 : Creation of the Paris Business Office

- September 2000 : Creation of the Pointe Noire Business Office

- July 2001 : Creation of the Beijing Business Office

- January 2002: Change of business name from CCEI-Bank Cameroon to Afriland First Bank

- May 2003 : Licence for Afriland First Bank Sao Tomé e Principe is obtained

- June 2005 : Licence for Afriland First Bank Democratic Republic of Congo is obtained
